One new electric utility vehicle was added to the Town's fleet in FY26 Q4. The landscaping and maintenance equipment inventory now includes 36 units, with 11 battery-powered and 24 gasoline-powered, increasing the Town's transition to all-electric equipment.
Next Steps
Town Council approved FY27 funding for the replacement of two equipment units and the repair of one buyback unit to address equipment losses and operational needs following Tropical Storm Chantal. Equipment purchases will be based on the availability of comparable models, final costs, and available funding.
