Climate Action staff conducted a competitive bidding process and selected the contractor to complete a Street Tree Inventory and Urban Forestry Management Plan. Staff hosted a kick-off meeting with the selected contractor and Public Works and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) teams in mid-June 2026.
Next Steps
The selected contractor will complete a street tree inventory in late-summer or early-fall. Town staff will provide updates on this project through a project page on Engage Carrboro.
