Applications for Carrboro’s Watershed Residential Assistance Program were open from March 21 to April 30, 2026, providing residents with technical guidance and financial support to implement nature‑based stormwater solutions.

During FY26 Q4, the Town received 29 applications for site assessments. Of these, five applicants were withdrawn or deemed ineligible (two withdrawn; three residing in condominium or multifamily units). Staff completed 24 site assessments and delivered 24 project reports to applicants.

In addition, 15 projects have been completed to date. Of these, two projects utilized the Town’s cost‑share funding, while 13 projects were completed without Town cost‑share, drawing instead on other funding programs. These completed projects span from the 2023 Pilot Program through 2026.
